We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holiday seasons. That said, reach out even for last-minute events — we'll always try to make it work (a small rush fee may apply).
Each package includes a set number of items. Guests typically receive one item each, and additional items can be added on. We stitch approximately 12 items per hour, so timing depends on your crowd!

Yes! We're based locally and travel to events in the area. A mileage fee applies for events beyond 30 miles.
